In 1996, I started brewing beer with a basic brewing kit...a birthday gift from my family! Over the years, this hobby has evolved into all-grain homebrewing capabilities with continuing education (Siebel and the American Brewers Guild) and professional brewing experience (Heiner Brau Brewery in Covington, Louisiana...now the Covington Brewhouse Brewery).

After years of "practicing" architecture with outstanding firms in Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Colorado, Louisiana and Florida, I started Groninger Architecture in 2001.

By combining one of my hobbies with my "work", I can offer computerized state-of-the-art brewery planning with a hands-on knowledge of the brewing process. Check out my pages and call or email to discuss your project and ideas.

planning services for breweries in-planning or existing facility expansions

Need drawings of your existing or proposed building or ideas for space planning and equipment layout? With over 25 years of CADD experience, I can provide accurate, computer-generated as-built drawings and SketchUp models of your existing facilities. These can be produced from existing drawings or from measurements taken on-site. As-built documents provide the basis for quality design, space planning, master planning, or just a better understanding an existing building or facility for brewers and owners.

With over 18 years of brewing experience, practical and knowledgeable layouts of your space can be explored.
